Additionally included in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
